Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates:  All orders over $75 automatically qualifies for FREE shipping and will not be charged a shipping fee. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We use USPS, Fedex, and DHL as our carrier.

We offer flat rate shipping of $8.00 per order.

Getting your order to you as fast as possible is our first priority. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled in addition to shipping time due to events that may be out of our control (i.e. COVID, postal holidays, etc).

Orders are sent to the address on your order. If you provide an incorrect address, Whitty Brown Baby is not responsible and your order will not be refunded. Returned packages will be subject to additional shipping fees.

If you pre-order an item, fulfillment and shipping will occur once the item is in our warehouse. If 90 days has passed and you have not received your item, you may contact us and request a refund.

Once items are delivered to the address on the order, Whitty Brown Baby is no longer liable for your order due to theft, fire, destruction, or any additional occurrences made by nature or man.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To submit a request, email us at whittybrownbaby.com. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery in original packaging, with tags, and unused. Order number must be included. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend that you use tracking services to ensure your order is received.

 

We are not responsible for items that are returned and not received by our office. Processing of returns take 7-14 day to complete. 

Sale items or items purchased with a coupon are non-refundable.  

If an item is defective or damaged, you may exchange the item free of charge. Items must be in original packaging with tags and unused. Buyer will need to reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
